The choice of technique depends on factors such as the severity of the hemorrhoids and the surgeon’s expertise.
5. Alternative Treatments: While hemorrhoidectomy is an effective treatment option for severe hemorrhoids, non-surgical methods are usually recommended as the initial approach. These can include Ayurvedic conservative treatment, lifestyle modifications, dietary changes, topical medications, Kshar sutra ligation, Rubber band ligation, Sclerotherapy, and Infrared coagulation.
